WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF YOUR GLASGOW DEPOT?
The Glasgow depot is open from 8am-6pm (Monday - Friday).
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OR YOUR STORNOWAY DEPOT?
The Stornoway depot is open 9am – 5pm (Monday - Friday).
ARE MY GOODS INSURED?
All goods are insured under normal goods in transit insurance but if your item is very valuable we will increase this by request.
DO YOU HAVE FORKLIFTS AT ALL YOUR DEPOTS?
We have a number of forklifts capable of lifting over 2.5 tonnes at all our depots.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR CARRIAGE IF I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT?
We can arrange for you to pay by credit / debit card or BACS. Alternatively, you can pay by cash if you visit one of our depots.
DO YOU SHIP HAZARDOUS GOODS?
Yes we do but we would need information such as hazard class and volume etc.
IF I WERE TO ORDER GOODS ONLINE HOW WOULD I ADDRESS THEM TO YOUR DEPOT SO YOU CAN FORWARD THEM ON?
We would need a forwarding address on the goods or a surname with a landline number on the paperwork so we know where we are shipping the goods to.
